ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my first State Farm agency in 2008 and expanded to a second location in 2023. Today, I lead a combined team of 11 across both offices. Before becoming an agent, I spent 14 years in State Farm claims, working as both an adjuster and a manager. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the insurance industry and a firsthand understanding of the importance of protecting customers and being there when they need us most.
I'm a proud University of Florida graduate, and outside of work, I enjoy staying active, working out, and traveling. We believe in giving back to the communities we serve and regularly participate in and sponsor local events. Building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact beyond the office is important to us.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
